Anyway, last night I caught up on United States of Tara. I had only watched the first episode because Showtime's youtube channel was running it. I liked it but I wasn't wowed by it so I never really craved a second episode. However, it stayed in the back of my mind because I've always found Toni Collette so compelling to watch. I think it has a lot to do with my fascination with accents. Particularly when an actor has to disguise his/her accent on film/tv. It was that bitch Naomi Watts that started this shit when I found out she wasn't american (The Ring). I never know when an actor is not american. I'm just dumb that way. Embrace me the way I am.

• Toni Collette (Little Miss Sunshine, even though I had seen her in Muriels Wedding, wtf)
